Catalonia will open one hotel in the center of Milan in 2018.

Nerea's opinion:

As far as I'm concerned, I think that the hotel chain Catalonia is doing well incorporating new hotels in the most differenciated cities. This will make a very high progress of expansion all around the world. The director made a good choice focusing on the European cities.

The new:

Catalonia Hotels & Resorts has signed a gestion contract to incorporate a new hotel of 4**** and 78 rooms in Milan, a few minutes of the central train station. This project supposes the landing of the Italian chain. The stabliment is in construction and it's spected to open in 2018.

For his part, the director of the expansion of the chain, Federico Holzmann, highlights that the company ''stills very involved in the search for hotel asserts, mainly located in the downtown areas of the cities that combine a high tourist interest with the corporate customer demand, both nationally and internationally, with the focus on capitals and European cities.''
